EllaRyan Marie Miller

EllaRyan entered this world October 12, 2003 with the widest blue eyes and a spirit as wild as a wispy fall day. She brought warmth, laughter, and light to every person she encountered. EllaRyan believed in building authentic connections with those around her, leading to lifelong friendships. She was always the person in a sea of people who would find the one individual who looked out of place or unsure and take them under her wing to make them feel welcome.

EllaRyan was a yogi who used insightful practices to teach her students to feel grounded and balanced. Yoga gave her the fortitude and motivation to find peace in moments when the world seemed scrambled. She also combined her love of fur babies and people to help train service animals for those who needed them most.

Sunsets, sunrises, boat days, music concerts, cowgirl boots, and a surfboard, not necessarily in that order, brought EllaRyan joy in her downtime.

EllaRyan was family-oriented, devoted, and compassionate, showing her care through everyday actions, loyalty, and a warm presence. She lit up rooms during get-togethers and turned an ordinary dinner or phone call into a cherished memory. She was genuinely happy for the successes of her friends and family, cheering them on louder than anyone else.

Resilient, grounded, lively, relatable, and, most importantly, fearless are just a few words that describe EllaRyan and the legacy she left for those who love her. She believed that true change starts with small, consistent acts of kindness. Those who knew her will always remember her infectious optimism and her ability to bring people together for a common purpose. Every project we fund and every community we support reflects EllaRyan’s enduring spirit and vision for a better world.
